This building don’t get flooded.Wonderful community, building in great shape, community pool and club house, municipal tennis court center right on the corner and park close by, walk or take your bike and be on the beach in 10 minutes. Landlord would like to rent it furnished but we listen to unfurnished offers if is full price. Great view of the pool. Must comply with local occupancy guidelines.
