Estate Sale ~ Home has Great bones but needs a bit of attention ~ In fact, it will be a gut job ~ 4th BR is split from the other 3 ~ Garage conversion from a long time ago ~ "yes", done with a permit ~ There is a storage room on the other side of the wall that opens from the backyard ~ Can you believe it? The same family has lived there since it was built ~ This is our 3rd home in this area just like this in the last year ~ Do Not go to the property!!!
