I would consider this building and this unit luxury. Why? The spa and gym are open 24 hours a day. The children's game room, the pool and the beach (PRIVATE) with the use of kayaks. There is also a section of tennis courts, outdoor games and tables for the kids with grills. For other ages it has a pool area.. It also has a taxi service that takes you for free throughout the adventure zone. Remember, me and my partner are located very close for any emergency. Includes beach Chairs, umbrella, great cart for the beach
