Villas on the Ocean is an ocean front community on Singer Island. The unit is the first building upon entering the complex. It is not directly on the ocean. It is a second floor unit with a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit! Screened in balcony is off the bedroom and faces west. There is a pool in the community located right next to the building and private beach access!
