4,472 Sq. Ft. 1974 CBS building consists of (4) one bedroom one bath units and (2) two bedroom one bath units plus a first floor coin laundry. All units are separately metered with central air conditioning and are on month to month leases. Half the units are vinyl plank and the others have asphalt tile flooring. The roof is 19 years old but in the five years I've owned it, I've never had a roof leak, even with the recent storms in which each tenant put up their own shutters, stored in the laundry room.
