great 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, Patio over looks the lake and golf course. Newer appliances , Air Handler 3 years old. Furniture can stay or not. bathroom has new tub. Hot water heater is 3Years old. this community has no management Co and maintenance is low. unit is very clean and ready to move into. assoc. says no renting first five years. we are working on getting this change with the next meeting in march. the value of this unit will increase if we get this removed. buy now .
