Well kept with lots of updates. lovely glass enclosed patio with impact glass. The Kitchen was redone 12 years ago. Other upgrades include crown molding, new washer and dryer, A/C and HWH are 2015. Very Clean and well kept unit. Huntington lakes just finished a multi million dollar renovation on there clubhouse and it is gorgeous! Fitness room, theater, card rooms, billiard room, craft room, woodworking center and much more! Tons of things going on constantly including, movie nights, shows, food trucks, etc... You can do as much or a little as you want! Association and building captains are very nice to work with!! All structural inspections are completed. No known future assessments.
