If you are handy or you just want to have the interior done to your taste (not someone else's) this is the ideal condo for you! Sunrise Lakes is an over 55 community which offers free golfing, 10 swimming pools (some salt water), and activities every day of the week. No rentals here so the community is very nicely kept.
