FreddieMac First Look allows Owner Occupants to submit offers to purchase without competition from Investors through 08/13/14. Buyers who will be using as a second home & will NOT be renting-out the property qualify as Owner Occupants. Investors may submit offers, but offers will not be considered for negotiation until after 08/13/14, if still available.
