New aluminum beams, new electrical wiring, new recessed lighting & new mold resistant sheetrock thru-out the entire house. 2019 - New tile, crown molding, plantation shutters, new a/c ducting, completely remodeled 2nd bath, new kitchen cabinets & stainless steel appliances, epoxy floor in garage, garage cabinets, tankless electric water heater. 2021 - New A/C unit and completely redesigned & remodeled master bath. Electrical panel is also new and updated. Sprinklers and outside as well as landscape lighting.
