The current homeowner is the original and their taxes are homesteaded which means they are currently 1/3 of the amount they will be. Low HOA fees. Your monthly payment on this home should be much less than others in this price range. Since I mentioned price; we just lowered it which makes this home very well priced for the size of the home that it is.
