Goldman & Rosa, P.A./ Harbor Title, Inc., handles all of my short sale processing and negotiations & charges a flat fee of $2000 to the Sellers lender. If the Seller(s) lender not approve all or any portion of this fee, the Buyer(s) must pay the balance or entire amount. The acceptance of the short sale offer is contingent upon the approval of lender. The sale completion is subject to approval by the lender. Re/Max Premier Associates charges and Flat Rate Due Deligence Fee of $395 paid by buyer on HUD.
