The pool area is undergoing renovations but there is another heated pool near the tennis courts behind the building. First last security and $200 move-out cleaning fee required as move in cost. Condo will be professionally cleaned prior to new tenant’s move in date. Showings are only permitted Monday-Friday 9am to 3:30pm as per the association.
