Lockbox Instructions: Prior to showing, text your name, brokerage, license number, and the date/time of your showing. The licensed agent must personally attend the showing—no assistants. After the showing, return all keys to the lockbox and text a photo confirming they were placed. Please leave lights as found and ensure the front door is securely locked before departing.
