This creates a fenced-in & private front patio where you no longer need to be concerned w/prying eyes. Tucked in the back of Boca Rio you will find this secluded part of the community which this townhome resides. With designated parking, ample guests & the quiet street this is the ideal townhome for you. The kitchen was remodeled a few years ago then shortly thereafter the floors & downstairs bathroom. A short drive to the Turnpike & walking distance to the A rated elementary school are added perks as are the common amenities.
