No pool or gym but Kinema Fitness* is across the street currently offers $0 enrollment if you enroll within 2 weeks of moving in and discounted membership rates for residents of the Atrium. The Epic hotel* next door also offers a membership package for our residents that allows gym access (to include classes), pool access and spa discounts for $99 per month. *Pricing is subject to change.
