We have plenty of time to complete the approval process before the scheduled move-in date. Water service is included in the rent. This resort-style community is exclusively for residents age 55 and over. At least one resident of the condo must meet the age requirement, while the other resident must be an adult. Residents enjoy private bus service and a variety of community amenities. Please note that pets are not allowed.
