Cash buyers and investors, take a look at this opportunity in Hobe Sound! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath manufactured home is ready for someone with vision to renovate and improve. The property is being sold strictly AS-IS as part of an estate, and the price reflects the condition and improvements needed. The air-conditioning system has not been operated in several years and its current condition is unknown; a service call would be needed to determine functionality. There are also areas of soft flooring that will require attention. Personal belongings currently remaining in the home will convey with the property at closing. Convenient Hobe Sound location with an opportunity to renovate and make it your own. Cash offers only. Voluntary membership to the clubhouse is available for a fee.
