Lake Tesoro is renowned in the area as a fisherman's dream, with the site being one of the few to have direct access to the Lake. Via Mirabella is a short cul-de-sac, with this site offering a sunset view from the rear of the property. Membership in the club is optional, and ownership of this home site has no building timeframe. The building design guidelines allow for a number of exterior motifs, including Transitional, Coastal Modern, West Indies, and Tuscan. You may select from one of the approved builders' plans or submit your own design for one of Tesoro's builders to construct. Tesoro is a private gated golf community with staffed gate and roving security, so an appointment is required.
