long-established Florida moving company with a corporate history dating to 1999. The business is offered at $100,000, including two moving trucks represented by the seller as being in fully working condition. The owner represents normalized SDE at approximately 50% of gross sales, subject to verification during due diligence. The business may be especially suitable for an owner-operator or an existing moving/logistics company seeking an established platform with variable labor and two operating trucks. The seller states that workers are hired on a per-job basis depending on the size and requirements of each move, and that records of contracts and completed jobs are available during due diligence. Because the tax returns alone do not demonstrate the represented SDE, all recast adjustments and supporting documentation should be independently verified by the buyer.
